Without meaning to brag: the largest ship propellers in the world are made by us! As market leader among the world‘s largest propeller manufacturers, we consider it our duty to constantly set new standards. The criteria by which we are measured: optimised propeller designs for all types and sizes of vessel and sufficient production capacity to enable us to manufacture even high-performance propellers risk-free and to a high standard. Added to this are flexibility, dependability and delivery reliability. An export quota of 80 percent – primarily to Asia – requires a great deal of experience to accurately time the design, manufacture and transport and ensure that the propeller arrives just in time at its place of installation.

Under water is where you really see the good work we have done: The quality of a ship propeller can only be tested after its launch. Long before this and drawing on their considerable experience, our engineers will have drafted the design following a thorough analysis of all important ship data. In production we also rely upon our expertise and upon the latest technology. This is the key to manufacturing castings to the highest standard of homogeneity and quality. After casting, we machine the ship propellers via CNC control with an accuracy of a few hundredths of a millimetre. This is where craftsmanship comes in: Even the heaviest and largest propellers have to be treated manually by our staff in order to achieve the greatest level of precision when grinding sensitive areas.
