Customised Moulds

Reliability is the be all and end all: When we manufacture permanent moulds for steel casting, our customers expect an extremely high level of process reliability and a long product life. In order to consistently meet these demands, we have dedicated the last 40 years to the manufacture of permanent moulds and their accessories. And, it has been worth it. We have an excellent reputation all over Europe and the USA today as market leader for permanent moulds of up to 15 t.

Our experience enables us to continuously optimize customized moulds. It also allows us to respond to customer requests and build new models in the shortest possible time. But, there is another factor that makes us a reliable partner: Our strong presence across markets in Europe means that we are largely unaffected by regional economic fluctuation.

The key to our success is excellent customer relations, which we constantly strive to maintain. We work in close collaboration with the various steelworks, regularly auditing their data and monitoring their performance in order to match the mould geometry, dimensions and materials to current conditions, thereby helping to further improve durability.

We also walk the talk within our own company. At our monthly Quality meetings we discuss issues that are relevant company-wide, for example special customer requirements or plans for the future.

Our own processes are also put to the test. By optimizing production processes and investing in modern aggregates, we can increase our process capacity for the future. As a member of the DIHAG Group, we benefit from the common platform shared by the foundries in the Group. A good working relationship among these companies goes a long way to simplifying approval processes within the Group.

An asset we can rely upon: The dedication of both our white-collar and blue-collar staff is key to the considerable increase in our performance rates. The strong motivation evident among our staff is reflected both in the quality of our products and in the low turnover rate of these same employees.
